Customize the experience with your brand! We can physically wrap the simulator with your company's branding, apply your logo and colors to the in-game virtual car, and brand the timing and scoring display equipment.

Timing & Scoring

Turn your activation into a competition! Our timing and scoring system creates a live leaderboard that tracks each guest's fastest lap, adding an exciting competitive element and capturing valuable lead data.

Custom Key Cards

Custom key cards — or "Driver Keys" — are used as part of our timing and scoring system. Drivers scan it at our kiosk to register, then use the same key at the simulator to race and compete for a leaderboard spot.

  • Customer must provide a dedicated electrical power source sufficient for simulator operation (typically 20-30 amps).
  • Simulators must be placed on solid, covered ground to protect equipment from weather and damage.
  • All payments made by credit card will incur a 5% processing surcharge.
  • Load-in location must be pre-determined and accessible for our equipment and team.
  • Outdoor activations are subject to weather conditions and may require rescheduling.
  • All activation equipment is operated solely by Sim Rental Pros staff.
