Sim Rental Pros ("we," "us," or "our") provides racing simulator rentals for trade shows, corporate events, product launches, and private events across the United States. Event registration kiosk data. At events, guests may register at our kiosks before using a simulator. Registration typically includes name, email address, phone number, and company. When we operate a kiosk on behalf of an event host or exhibitor (our client), the registration data collected at that event is shared with and owned by that client, who may use it for their own marketing purposes. We act as a service provider with respect to that data; questions about how a specific event host uses your information should be directed to that host.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and campaign parameters (e.g., UTM tags), using cookies and similar technologies.
